With over 20 years of experience supporting senior leadership in executive, operational, and people-focused environments, she built her career around understanding people, workplace dynamics, and the long-term impact of the right hire. Recruitment and talent advisory became a natural path through her ability to recognize potential beyond a résumé and connect people with opportunities where they can genuinely thrive.

As the Founder of Kindred Talent Advisory, Ieva brings a thoughtful, relationship-driven approach to recruitment & staffing focused on trust, meaningful connection, and long-term fit. With academic backgrounds in both psychology (BPsych) and science (BSc in geology), along with international and multicultural experience, she combines analytical thinking with a strong intuitive understanding of people and organizations. Fluent in four languages, she naturally connects with people across different cultures and communication styles.

Known for her calm, perceptive, and people-centered approach, Ieva works closely with both organizations and professionals to create meaningful, lasting connections.

Outside of work, Ieva loves spending time with her two beautiful children, enjoys practicing yoga regularly, and loves traveling and experiencing different cultures.
